The hotel's location in the French Concession area was conducive to both work and leisure, offering easy access to shopping streets and historical sites. As a business analyst, the hotel's free Wi-Fi in rooms and business center were essential for staying connected. However, the lack of modern amenities like express check-in was noticeable. The courteous staff, including Miss Li Hua Feng, offered professional service but improvements are needed in efficiency, as check-in took longer than expected.In terms of business amenities, the hotel did provide a business center and express check-in, allowing for a smooth workflow.
